Compact and lightweight (50g) for outdoor use with long-range detection (10m). It reliably detects people and vehicles as an obstacle sensor, and does not detect rain or snow.
Compared to existing ultrasonic sensors, the features of our sensor are: (1) It can be used outdoors and is not affected by rain or snow. (2) It is compact and lightweight (50g for the main unit) while also capable of long-distance detection (10m). (3) It has high sensitivity, resulting in good angular characteristics, making it less prone to malfunctions such as fluctuations in output values due to wind. (4) It is overwhelmingly low-cost (about half the price) compared to existing products with equivalent performance.
